Responsibilities
- Create and maintain an up-to-date understanding of the insurance market in Kenya
- Develop and deliver insurance solutions to meet the needs and preferences of customers
- Create and deliver presentations to potential and existing customers
- Prepare and review detailed proposals and contracts
- Assist customers in making informed decisions
- Monitor customer claims and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain positive customer and supplier relationships
Requirements
- Must have a diploma or degree in insurance and/or sales
- At least two years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and/or insurance
- Knowledge of the insurance industry in Kenya and regulations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
