Key Responsibilities
- Actively identify and prospect new clients to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and offer appropriate products or services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to offer relevant advice to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and contribute to collective success.
- Participate in training and mentorship programs to continuously improve skills and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in business, finance, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (insurance sales experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
